We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information using the same degree of care we use to protect our own confidential information of a similar nature, but in no event less than reasonable care. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as necessary to perform services, as required by law, or with the clients prior written consent.
These confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of any service agreement and continue for a period of three years thereafter, or indefinitely for information that constitutes a trade secret under applicable law.

The arbitrators decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Gear Gravity LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms of Service arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, embargoes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers. In such event, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and the time for performance shall be extended accordingly.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Gear Gravity LLC regarding the use of the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the website.
